At Schmidt Auto Care, we take pride in what we do. Since we started our shop in Springboro, Ohio in 2009, we’ve worked tirelessly to build an automotive repair shop that is transparent, upstanding, and takes care of its customers and employees.
When we decided to open Schmidt Auto Care, our goal was to get away from the unethical sales and poor treatment of customers we were seeing in the auto care industry. We had experienced it ourselves and decided to take on the tall task of doing things differently.

Having an Army background has been extremely influential in the way we have decided to operate (and continue to operate) our business. A strong work ethic is a must in this field of Automotive repair and care. Attentive scheduling and meeting deadlines to ensure a customer receives their transportation in a timely manner are also a cornerstone of how we serve our customers.
Understanding that nobody enjoys coming into a body shop (we are in the inconvenience business, and work to make that inconvenience as convenient as possible) it’s even more important to provide people with fair prices for repairs and proper expectations on when they can get their vehicle back. The military has taught us to be loyal, and being loyal to our customers is the best way to ensure they continue to work with, and be loyal to, us.
